Life is complicated, things go wrong, you and you may need help
The grid should "just work", but sometimes it may need a little expert help. A one-stop user support portal is available for you to report issues, request help and even request new functionality for the grid :
This service is provided to users in collaboration with the EUMedSupport project and the system is integrated into the
Global Grid User Support System GGUS, so that your issue can be routed to the relevant expert.
All you have to do is open a ticket and give us a little information about what went wrong.
